With hard work and an extensive understanding of the garlic industry, the entrepreneurial spirit of brothers Jim Provost and Neil Millman created a wholesale garlic and produce company with strong values, a family atmosphere and a steady supply chain of garlic, shallots and ginger for their customers.

Jim Provost has over 30 years of experience in several facets of the agricultural industry.  He has distinguished himself as a leader in the produce industry by being selected through a rigorous screening process as a Leadership Fellow for the United Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Leadership Program, serving on the ATAC (Agricultural Technical Advisory Committee) to advise the USTR (US Trade Representative) on trade related issues and serving as a spokesperson for the Fresh Garlic Producers Association.

Neil Millman has nearly 20 years experience working in the financial industry as a leader of international initiatives. Now Neil has over 15 years in the produce industry and is loving his career change.
